Hiring: Sr Finance Analyst- Long Range Planning Company: T-Mobile Location: Bellevue, WA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:23:46 Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Financial Planning, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SQL, Snowflake About the job Experience: •2-4 years of Experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting. •4 years of Experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting. •18 years of age •At least 18 years of age Required Skills: •Own and maintain the enterprise-wide financial model supporting T-Mobile’s Long-Range Plan and short- and long-term forecasts (current year through five-year horizon) •Build and maintain complex financial models using business drivers that leverage data from various sources •Assist in constructing executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner •Develop innovative technical solutions to drive process and reporting enhancements within the short and long term forecasts as well as monthly actuals •Develop a working knowledge and of key account/customer and financial concepts and tailor model frameworks for improving forecasting and reporting Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Accounting required •Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and US GAAP required •Self-starter with a curious mindset who challenges the status quo •Applied hands-on capability in data transformation using Alteryx and SQL, and reporting/visualization solutions such as Snowflake and/or PowerBI, a strong plus. •Able to work with large amounts of data and distill it into meaningful information and insights •Passion for innovation and continuous improvement of technical solutions and FP&A processes. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action. •Analytical skill and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment. •Demonstrated ability to improve processes through automation •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role requires effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams.
