Required Skills: •Partner with Product Managers and senior BAs to help implement technical solutions supporting new product packages and platform enhancements; contribute to translating product vision into system capabilities and implementation plans. •Partner with architects, developers, administrators, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle including sprint planning, QA testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and end-user adoption. •Implement and enable end-user enhancements across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related enterprise applications to support Sales, Customer Support, Revenue Operations, and Product organizations. •Identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered capabilities to improve business processes and partner with technical teams to evaluate solutions utilizing Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, Gemini, or other platforms. •Manage assigned projects across business and technology teams, contributing to project plans, implementation timelines, and clear status communications, with guidance from senior team members as needed. •We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration.
