Provides technical direction and expertise to the department and other team members. •Lead diagnostics and repairs on emergency power systems, automatic transfer switches, switch gear, paralleling gear, motor control centers and other complex electrical systems. •Liaise with contractors, inspectors, vendors and clinical leadership as necessary. •Serve as a technical resource for others within the department •Perform complex troubleshooting of equipment and systems •Troubleshoots and maintains PLCs, ATSs, VFDs, Isolated Power Systems, and other complex electrical and electronic systems •Responds to escalated electrical emergencies as needed. •Develops training materials and standard operating procedures for electrical systems.
