Required Skills: •Lead the design, development, testing, and validation of electrical hardware systems for industrial equipment products. •Develop embedded control, communication, analog, digital, and mixed-signal hardware solutions, including STM32-based embedded platforms, from concept through production release. •Develop hardware architectures and translate system and product requirements into robust electrical hardware designs. •Partner cross-functionally with software, mechanical, welding, manufacturing, quality, and product management teams to deliver integrated product solutions. •Perform component selection, circuit analysis, schematic capture, troubleshooting, validation testing, and technical documentation. •Support PCB design, manufacturing introduction, and ongoing production activities. •Participate in project planning, design reviews, technical decision-making, and risk mitigation activities. •Support product lifecycle activities, including reliability improvements, component obsolescence management, manufacturing support, and field issue resolution.
