Required Skills: •Develop and implement operational strategies, tactics, goals, timelines and metrics that support quality improvement, patient safety, service excellence, and financial performance. •Direct and oversee daily clinical operations across outpatient oncology service line departments to ensure alignment with WMCHealth’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities. •Represents SVP/VP on hospital-wide strategic and financial initiatives. Implements, tracks outcomes, and reports on these initiatives. Provides and ensures proper coordination and alignment with goals and objectives. •Manages teams within designated areas and all hiring, training, evaluation and termination of assigned staff according to hospital policies and procedures. Provides mentorship and develops a high-performing team of clinical managers and other staff members to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. •Serves as a liaison between executive leadership, operational teams, and clinical teams to ensure effective communication and execution of strategic priorities. •Monitors and evaluates impact of regulatory requirements on current business performance; analyzes regulatory requirements and develops cohesive, integrated strategies and action plans to meet mandates. •Oversees claiming, billing, and invoicing processes and ensures timely and accurate financial transactions among providers;[SF1] oversees current and future needs assessments of equipment, systems and software to ensure optimal service outcomes. •Builds and maintains productive inter/intra-departmental and vendor work relationships to optimize operations; partners with the leadership team to optimize home health model/ offerings with organizational care management endeavors. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. •Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration , Nursing , Business, or Public Health strongly preferred. If hired as a Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse must have current New York State license. •Required only if a Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse must have a current New York State license. •Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
