Required Skills: •Strategic Finance Leadership •Serve as the primary finance partner to the Audio Tech BU leader, helping shape strategy, operating priorities, investment choices, and growth plans. •Translate business strategy into financial plans, operating models, key performance indicators, and decision frameworks. •Provide CFO-level insight on growth, profitability, capital allocation, pricing, licensing economics, and long-term value creation. •Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Corporate Development, and Corporate Finance to support disciplined execution of the BU strategy. •Business Planning, Forecasting, and Performance Management •Own the financial planning cadence for the Audio Tech BU, including annual operating plan, long-range plan, rolling forecasts, monthly business reviews, and scenario planning. •Develop scalable financial models for software, licensing, platform, partner, and services revenue streams. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
