Develop and codify tone, messaging frameworks, and narrative guidelines that ensure coherence and authenticity across internal, external, and industry-facing communications. •Serve as the primary author and editor for all CEO-attributed content, including keynote addresses, executive speeches, media talking points, op-eds, investor and board remarks, internal communications, video scripts, and digital and LinkedIn posts. Uphold the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and strategic intent across all deliverables. •Own the full spectrum of CEO communications — spanning internal, external, and industry audiences — ensuring consistent, strategically aligned messaging across all channels. Work in close partnership with industry and internal teams to ensure alignment. •Anticipate communication requirements in advance of significant business milestones, market developments, and industry moments. Develop forward-looking messaging that shapes the narrative proactively, working in close partnership with the VP of Communications to ensure alignment with the broader communications strategy. •We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. Qualifications: •Demonstrated history of managing CEO or senior executive communications programs within complex, matrixed organizations •Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities across a broad range of formats and audiences, with a portfolio reflecting consistent quality and range •Proficient in using AI tools to scale communications deliverables, such as briefing docs, talking points or op eds written the executive’s voice. •Proven ability to internalize and authentically represent an executive's voice, perspective, and communication style •Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex strategic priorities into clear, compelling narratives •Sound judgment and the discretion required to operate with a high degree of trust and confidentiality at the executive level •Bachelor's degree required in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred •: This role requires regular travel. You will be expected to attend speaking engagements, industry conferences, and key company events alongside the CEO throughout the year.
