Qualifications: - Serve as a strategic operating partner to the Vice President, Head of Operations. - Build, lead and develop a small Strategy & Planning team, establishing its mandate, roles, operating model and ways of working. - Own and continuously improve the executive operating rhythm, including business reviews, strategic planning, KPI reporting, risk management and leadership decision forums. - Develop and maintain a holistic view of Studio Business Group performance, organizational health, strategic priorities and enterprise risks. - Prepare executive briefings, strategic narratives and decision materials for the Studio Business Group CEO and leadership team. - Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning studios, functions or SIE organizations. - Build strong partnerships across Production, Finance, Development Strategy, Technology, Portfolio Management, HR and studio leadership. - Support alignment between Studio Business Group priorities and broader SIE planning and operating rhythms. Compensation: $252,000—$378,000 USD base pay range (varies based on geographic location and job-related factors).
