Required Skills: •Lead product design from concept through production launch for centrifugal pumps and fluid power systems. •Develop product architecture, performance requirements, and technical strategy. •Perform hydraulic, fluid dynamics, and system-level analysis to optimize product performance and reliability. •Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations. •Lead design reviews, approve engineering documentation, and drive NPD and VAVE initiatives. •Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams. •Collaborate cross-functionally to support manufacturing, suppliers, quality, and customer requirements. •Manage engineering projects to meet cost, quality, and schedule objectives. Qualifications: •BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology. •In-depth knowledge of rotating equipment, fluid power systems, and hydraulic performance. •Hands-on laboratory testing and validation experience. •Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and Microsoft Office. •Demonstrated technical leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. •This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
