Required Skills: •Develop and execute analyses across digital product performance, audience behavior, content performance, and advertising effectiveness. •Design, develop, and maintain robust data models, reporting solutions, and dashboards leveraging both first-party and third-party datasets. •Identify recurring business requests and transform them into repeatable, scalable data products that can be leveraged across the organization. •Build reports and dashboards measuring KPIs related to identity resolution initiatives, audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and content optimization. •Translate complex datasets into clear insights, visualizations, and recommendations for both technical teams and senior/executive stakeholders. •Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Data, Product, Engineering, and other business teams across the organization. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. •Expert-level SQL skills, including extensive experience with data mining and large-scale cloud data warehouses such as Redshift or BigQuery. •Advanced experience building reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Looker or Tableau. •Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations and compelling stories. •Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence stakeholders across different levels of an organization. •Operational familiarity with the digital media, publishing, or advertising ecosystem is strongly preferred. •Exposure to media research and measurement platforms such as Nielsen or Comscore is beneficial. •Understanding of CTV, digital advertising, programmatic media, audience targeting, and cross-platform measurement is highly valuable.
