Required Skills: •Create, periodically update, and run various data and customized tracking reports utilizing the HRIS system and other internal and external vendor databases •Assist in data collection for and processing of quarterly commission and incentive payments to Field and Non-Field employees. •Manage survey requirements and track costs to support KPI reporting to include Compensation costs, retention rate, employee satisfaction and labor costs. •Manage the quarterly incentive process for relevant positions including the validation of HR data, collection of achievement results, quality review of all payments and process payments to Payroll. •Provide analysis and customized Power BI reports on HR data including turnover, headcount, special projects and audit requests •Partner cross-functionally with team and other cross-business functions during the annual compensation planning period to ensure accurate data and successful completion of the merit and bonus process •Actively participate in initiatives for ensuring data integrity across the HR through data validation and clean-up •Support various ad hoc compensation analyses, reporting requests, and projects as needed.
