Those Relationships Have Been Built On a Foundation That Is Supported By Our Mission And Vision Required Skills: •The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a subject-matter expert in compensation, providing market analysis, job evaluation, salary recommendations, pay equity analysis, incentive administration, and compensation reporting, while supporting the ongoing evolution of Zeus' global job architecture, salary structures, and pay-for-performance programs. •Supporting the administration of the Company's global compensation programs, policies, and salary structures while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. •Conduct market pricing and benchmarking utilizing Culpepper, PayScale and other market survey sources to evaluate external competitiveness and internal pay equity. •Evaluate new and existing positions through job analysis, leveling, and compensation assessment to ensure alignment with the Company's job architecture framework. •Partner with Senior Manager of Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources Business Partners to provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, market adjustments, retention actions, and reorganizations. •Analyze compensation trends and workforce data to identify pay compression, internal equity concerns, geographic differentials, and market movement. •Actively facilitate and support annual compensation planning process, including merit increases, promotions, incentive payouts, salary structure updates, and budget modeling. •Conduct pay equity analyses and support compliance with applicable federal, state, and international pay transparency legislation. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience •5 years of professional analytical, finance, project management, or generalist/payroll experience, with at least two years of compensation analyst experience •Strong project management skills, ability to meet strict guidelines, and navigate a fast-paced environment that requires consistent follow-up with stakeholders •Knowledge and experience with state and federal labor laws related to compensation •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Proven ability to interface with business leaders across an organization to achieve business goals •Proven ability to be flexible, juggling multiple tasks, shifting priorities simultaneously Compensation: •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
