Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of player communities, digital platforms, community communications, and engagement practices. •Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to operate independently and lead through ambiguity. •Operational familiarity with Riftbound: the League of Legends trading card game. •Knowledge of TCG player communities, retailers, tournament organizers, judges, creators, and collectors. •Operational familiarity with social listening, sentiment analysis, community-health measurement, and audience insights.
