Required Skills: •BetMGM is seeking a Sportsbook Performance Senior Manager to lead the commercial performance strategy of our sportsbook business. This role is responsible for driving profitability, customer value, and customer investment strategy through performance management, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership. •Own sportsbook customer investment strategy, ensuring bonus spend aligns with commercial objectives, customer growth priorities, and profitability targets. •Lead the development and execution of strategies designed to improve sportsbook profitability, customer value, and sustainable revenue growth. •Own sportsbook performance management, establishing priorities and driving initiatives that improve commercial outcomes across customer segments, promotions, and product offerings. •Partner with CRM, VIP, Trading, and Product leaders to define and execute strategies that improve customer engagement, retention, and profitability. •Serve as the key commercial stakeholder for evaluating, prioritizing, and advancing high-impact business opportunities for bonus and commercial investment. •Serve as the primary business stakeholder for performance measurement, partnering with Analytics teams to ensure reporting supports commercial decision-making. •Lead the development of business cases and strategic recommendations related to major investments, growth initiatives, and commercial opportunities.
