Required Skills: •If you are energized by developing people, influencing across functions, and driving meaningful organizational impact, this role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of clinical quality and operational excellence across the Surgical organization. •Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing team through strategic direction, coaching, talent development, succession planning, and capability building to drive sustainable organizational performance and quality excellence. •Provide strategic leadership for quality management systems, compliance programs, and inspection readiness activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, company policies, and business objectives. •Partner across Clinical, Medical Affairs & HEPR (CMAH) functions to drive business process consistency, operational excellence, and standardized ways of working that improve efficiency, accountability, and quality outcomes. •Establish and strengthen governance processes that promote consistent quality standards, risk management practices, and informed decision-making across the organization. •Oversee the assessment, reporting, and communication of quality data, trends, and risks, including submissions to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders. •Lead quality audits, inspections, investigations, and remediation activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions. •Drive Quality Management Review (QMR), CQFR, QDR, and related governance forums by translating quality insights into actionable recommendations that support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement.
