Qualifications: •8 years of related experience with Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Or 6 years with MS, or 3 years with PhD. •Deep expertise in tissue effects, therapeutics, or energy-based medical technologies. •Demonstrated experience developing and validating preclinical models for Class III medical devices. •In-depth knowledge of complex medical device systems and product development processes. •Proven ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and cross-functional stakeholders. •Track record of influencing technical decisions across multidisciplinary teams. •Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight. •Willingness to travel up to 15%. •Influence the future of innovative therapeutic technologies.
