Required Skills: •Monitor performance against plan and analyze drivers of variance to improve forecast accuracy and planning assumptions. •Provide and own accurate Daily and Weekly reporting, strategic guidance, key insights, and recommendations to the senior leadership team on topline Ecommerce financials. •Partner with Finance to inform KPI targets plans at the quarterly and monthly level. Assess business risks and opportunities for contingency planning alignment. •Balance go-forward plans against historical performance and current trends to set realistic expectations for future performance. •Prepare clear, executive-ready performance updates that highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and business implications. •Translate complex data into actionable insights and performance narratives that support planning leadership and business decision-making. •Monitor in-season performance and drive re-forecasting and scenario planning to address traffic variability, promotional shifts, supply constraints, and external factors. •Quantify financial risks and upside opportunities to enable timely actions that protect revenue and improve performance outcomes.
