Required Skills: •BetMGM is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager to support the Sportsbook Commercial Performance organization. This role will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to improve processes, documentation, operational controls, and ways of working across the department. •Partner with Sportsbook Commercial Performance leadership to improve day-to-day operating effectiveness across Trading, Promotions, VIP, and related sportsbook functions. •Evaluate existing workflows, processes, and ways of working to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and increased efficiency. •Lead process improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation, including process mapping, stakeholder alignment, documentation, adoption planning, and measurement of outcomes. •Develop, maintain, and enhance departmental documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, controls documentation, and knowledge management resources. •Establish and promote consistent ways of working across the organization, ensuring teams follow common processes, standards, and operational best practices. •Conduct operational reviews and secondary checks of key processes and controls to allow consistency, quality, and compliance with established procedures. •Own compliance, audit, and regulatory readiness efforts by maintaining documentation, coordinating responses, and ensuring appropriate operational controls are in place. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field. •Demonstrated experience evaluating and improving operational processes within complex, cross-functional business environments. •In-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies and experience implementing operational change initiatives. •Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions that improve scalability, consistency, and organizational effectiveness. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations. •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to influence and drive adoption across teams without direct authority. •Passion for sports and a strong understanding of the sports betting industry. •Applicants must possess legal authorization to work for our company in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship.
