For example, full blown weekly forecasts. •Ownership of large projects will be an ongoing responsibility given the changing nature of the plant, needed improvements, and ongoing consolidation/automation. •Standard operating rhythm in place and frequency established •Newark is the largest and most complex insulation plant. It is two plants in one (Wool – like a traditional insulation plant with 2 major lines & Pipe – with 6 machines) and it is primarily a Made to Order plant, which drives increased analysis and projects. •Newark also has a campus layout (numerous buildings approx 40), which requires additional oversight for financials, controls, and processes. •Ensures the internal controls environment is operating effectively in all areas including, data integrity, asset protection, segregation of duties, budgeting, financial reporting, information systems and adherence to corporate policies and governmental regulations Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant discipline a must.
