Required Skills: •The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader who excels at winning new business, developing talent, and building strategic partnerships. They combine strong leadership capabilities with a passion for growing revenue and expanding access to lifesaving training solutions. •Lead and develop a team of four Business Development Managers, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth. •Serve as a player-coach by managing key enterprise accounts and personally contributing to revenue goals. •Identify, pursue, and close new corporate partnerships for CPR, First Aid, AED, and workplace safety training programs. •Build relationships with executive decision-makers across HR, Learning & Development, Safety, Risk Management, and Operations. •Develop and execute sales strategies that expand market share and increase customer retention. •Manage pipeline health, forecasting, contract negotiations, and strategic account planning. •Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive demand generation, customer adoption, and long-term growth. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree •Demonstrated capacity to successfully lead high-performing teams while achieving individual sales targets. •Strong consultative selling, negotiation, coaching, and executive relationship management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to travel within the assigned territory, including daily travel to partner sites and stakeholders (approximately 70-80%), with occasional overnight travel (approximately 10%).
