Hiring: Sr. Business Analyst - MDM Company: YETI Location: Austin, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:43:13 Target Skills & Keywords : ETL, Informatica, SQL About the job Experience: •8+ years of relevant Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or IT experience Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, workflows, and data needs. •Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, policies, and procedures in partnership with business and IT teams. •Support data quality requirements, business rules, and standardization efforts to improve accuracy, consistency, and usability of business-critical data. •Develop and execute data quality metrics and reports. •Partner with Data Governance, business, and technology teams to review new policies, requirements, and process changes and implement them. •Participate in data profiling, data mapping, gap analysis, and integration planning activities as needed. •Provide data analysis and insights to support decision-making processes. Conduct data impact assessments for new initiatives or changes in business processes. •Partner cross-functionally with IT teams to ensure MDM solutions are properly integrated into existing systems.
