As a Senior Controls Engineer •, you will be at the tip of the spear of our manufacturing technology strategy-owning the design, integration, and continuous improvement of complex automated systems that drive high-volume, heavy industrial production. •If you are energized by rolling up your sleeves to architect robust control solutions, troubleshoot advanced automation cells, and modernize legacy equipment in a rock-solid, stable manufacturing facility, this is your platform to make an immediate, highly visible impact. •Design, program, and integrate automated manufacturing equipment, electrical control panels, and cell architecture. •Program and optimize industrial robots (ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Yaskawa) for high-efficiency material handling and assembly. •Implement and maintain machine vision inspection systems (Cognex, Keyence, Datalogic) for automated quality control. •Write and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC code (ControlLogix, CompactLogix) and HMI interfaces to maximize uptime. •Serve as the technical expert for electrical and controls troubleshooting, partnering with maintenance and operations teams.
