This individual will partner closely with business leaders to define analytic requirements, develop end-user solutions, and engage in ongoing collaborations for ad-hoc analysis and report/visualization development. •The Senior Analytics Consultant will leverage Data Products, new analytics tools, Information Architecture strategy, frameworks, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to partner with the First Command lines of business to rationalize data needs that are critical to our data transformation. •As part of the Data Services capability, the Senior Analytics Consultant will have the opportunity to shape the Data Services capability based on the Enterprise Data and Analytics strategy and Data Governance outcomes. •The ideal candidate is outcome-focused and has a collaborative style that fosters teamwork. They will be required to work across multiple groups and initiatives. •What will the employee do in this role? •Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand analytic needs •Deliver tailored end-user solutions that influence enterprise decisions Qualifications: •BA\BS required; MBA or MS or equivalent a plus •Certifications related to Analytics (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Power BI) preferred; Power BI Data Analyst Certification or Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate will be required within 90 days if not already achieved •Expert with visualization & data story telling using tools such as PowerBI/Fabric •Expert in SQL with knowledge of T-SQL and PL/SQL •Expert in advanced excel techniques and model development •Applied experience in using data insights to tell a story that leads to business recommendations •High communication skills are required to review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to effectively meet analysis requirements •Must possess strong communication/interpersonal skills and leadership skills, and be able to deliver news that may be sensitive, and/or confidential, in a professional manner •Demonstrated capacity to be a self-starter and take initiative to achieve tangible results from a conceptual strategy •Demonstrated capacity to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
