Sr Analysts, Credit Risk Management located in Overland Park, KS will work closely with stakeholders to analyze and understand relevant data features and KPls. •Collect, document, and deliver reporting in line with requirements, leveraging reporting tools, applications, and complex queries. •Design, create, and publish dashboards and scorecards to track and communicate team KPIs. •Build and maintain automated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reporting integrity. •Integrate data inputs from Snowflake, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Salesforce, automating extracts and refresh cycles, including parsing XML and JSON objects. •Create and maintain operational documentation, including standard processes, requirements, and solution designs. •Consolidate and analyze data from Application Fraud, Financial Services, Credit Underwriting, and Customer Verification systems; identify new data sources to improve business solutions. •Provide leadership with insights on key trends and drivers through detailed reports and tailored visualizations.
