Required Skills: •Lead the configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization of UKG Dimensions, including pay rules, work rules, scheduling frameworks, accruals, and integrations. •Oversee end-to-end time and attendance operations, ensuring accurate time capture, exception management, and payroll alignment. •Establish system standards and controls to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations. •Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Operations, and IT to align workforce management systems with evolving business needs. •Own reporting strategy, dashboards, and workforce analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership. •Drive system upgrades, enhancements, and large-scale implementations, including testing strategy and change management. •Develop and enforce governance processes, security roles, and audit protocols to protect data integrity. •Lead, mentor, and develop analysts or administrators supporting UKG Dimensions.
