Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required. •3-5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project support, business analysis, transformation, change management, or similar roles, with demonstrated success supporting cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments. •Operational familiarity with Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban, with experience supporting Agile ceremonies and enabling effective team delivery. Demonstrated ability to adapt ways of working to meet evolving business and team needs is strongly preferred. •Foundational understanding of organizational change management methods, including change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training support, resistance management, and strategies that enable sustained adoption and long-term business outcomes. •Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, anticipate potential challenges, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare polished presentations, tailor messages for diverse audiences, facilitate productive discussions, and influence without formal authority. •High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with Jira or similar work management tools is a plus. •Comfort using emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance problem solving, improve productivity, accelerate learning, and create high-quality deliverables.
