Required Skills: •Product Management •Owns product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for AI platform capabilities used across multiple teams and functions. •Leads discovery with stakeholders to identify high-value problems, define success criteria, and translate needs into clear requirements and outcomes. •Establishes and manages a backlog and delivery plan, sequencing work based on impact, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness. •Partners with engineering and architecture to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and fit for enterprise use. •Defines adoption strategy, including launch planning, enablement materials, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms. •Establishes success metrics and regularly evaluates outcomes (adoption, workflow impact, quality, efficiency), adjusting product direction based on evidence. •Communicates decisions, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels, driving alignment and timely resolution of issues. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered •Product Management certification •Operational familiarity with cloud-based delivery models for enterprise software solutions •Understanding of regulated software concepts (e.g., GxP, ISO 13485, MDSAP, IEC 62304*, SaMD guidance*) •Operational familiarity with responsible AI, model interpretability, or bias mitigation •Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills •Typical Office Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, traverse, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
