Required Skills: •Product Management •Owns product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for AI platform capabilities used across multiple teams and functions. •Leads discovery with stakeholders to identify high-value problems, define success criteria, and translate needs into clear requirements and outcomes. •Establishes and manages a backlog and delivery plan, sequencing work based on impact, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness. •Partners with engineering and architecture to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and fit for enterprise use. •Defines adoption strategy, including launch planning, enablement materials, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms. •Establishes success metrics and regularly evaluates outcomes (adoption, workflow impact, quality, efficiency), adjusting product direction based on evidence. •Communicates decisions, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels, driving alignment and timely resolution of issues.
