Partner with Operations to ensure accurate inventory records and effective controls. •Internal Controls: Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify control weaknesses and implement corrective actions. •Capital Expenditure Analysis: Analyze and evaluate capital expenditure proposals for the manufacturing site. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support investment decisions. •Financial Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making by site management. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure site performance. •Month-end Close: Lead the month-end close process for the manufacturing site, ensuring timely and accurate recording of journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. •Audit Support: Coordinate and assist with external audits for the manufacturing site, including providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
