Required Skills: •Manage monthly close process including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis, and review of control activities. •Ensure all financial deadlines are met and deliverables meet expected quality. •Assist A/R and A/P transactions as backup such as updating invoicing status for revenue recognition and coordinating with Treasury on banking transactions and cash information. •Manage cost accounting activities including standard cost analysis and rollover, inventory count and reserve analysis, Capex and fixed assets activities recording. •Assist with annual operating plan (AOP). •Communicate and bridge between customers, vendors, and the shared service team. •Ensure Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) internal controls are reviewed, updated, and followed. •Assist with internal/external audits and respond to inquiries. Qualifications: •ASelf-starter capable of interacting closely with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Sales to quickly identify and solve accounting related problems. •Highly organized with attention to detail, flexibility on reprioritizing tasks, adaptability to changes of business environment, ERP systems or operations processes. •Strong learning aptitude with the ability to quickly absorb new information, concepts, and technologies. •Proficient in MS Office 365 and one or two ERP systems. •Excellent written and verbal skills to interact with people at all levels and functions. •Solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including confidentiality and ethical standards •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA preferred but not required. •Base Compensation: USD 95,000.00 - 115,000.00 Paid Salaried Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
