This field-based, hunter-focused role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities with biopharmaceutical companies. •Develop and secure new business opportunities with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies through proactive prospecting and relationship building. •Lead early-stage opportunity qualification by assessing customer needs, strategic fit, and outsourcing requirements in partnership with internal technical and commercial teams. •Present Catalent's Cell & Gene Therapy capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and site visits. •Drive opportunities through the sales process, including solution development, scope definition, pricing strategy, and proposal delivery. •Build long-term customer relationships that maximize revenue growth, support successful project execution, and generate future business opportunities. Qualifications: •Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in Cell and Gene Therapy or related life sciences fields. •Demonstrated success in developing and closing business opportunities within the biopharmaceutical sector. •Strong business acumen, strategic selling skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Established knowledge of and relationships within the West Coast biopharmaceutical market.
