Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics. •Monitors for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline plus 10 years of experience. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education •Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) •Proficient with MS SharePoint and MS Teams •Demonstrated experience in a remote work environment •Great interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust clearance Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Posted Salary Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.
