Required Skills: •Provides knowledge of numerical control, machining, and programming techniques. •Performs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis of NC programs to ensure validation and compliance to customer and regulatory requirements and specifications. •Analyze blueprints, engineering models, and electronic controls to support NC programming •Interface directly with NC programmers to optimize or modify programs as required •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate in a team environment •Validates fabrication, assembly, or installation manufacturing plans by coordinating with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams. •Knowledge to develop tooling, interchangeability, replacement, and functional test plans. •Using the established manufacturing process flow, defines sequences of events, develops text and graphics work instructions, manufacturing datasets, tooling requirements, and manufacturing bills of material. Qualifications: •This position requires an active U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship •Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance •Successful candidates must be able to secure Program access approval •Employment start date would be determined based upon program need and obtaining clearance •Demonstrated capacity to apply process knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Composite non-metallic, Electrical/Electronics, Machining, Sheet metal, Systems and Structures •GD&T Fundamentals Based on ASME Y14.5 •Demonstrated capacity to provide inspection media to QA to perform measurement using CMM, Laser Trackers, and Articulating Arms for detail part inspection. •Frequent interaction with internal personnel in the manufacturing environment and occasionally with inter-organizational personnel and external customers. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models. •Strong skills in PC-DMIS, Metrolog, Polyworks, Verisurf, CAPPS-NC and/ or Spatial Analyzer software Compensation: •$60,100 - $92,150 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
