Required Skills: •L3Harris is seeking a Spec, Program Manager (PM) who will manage multi-functional teams in the proposal and execution of Advanced Systems Programs. •Work alongside similarly unique individuals; sharing, learning and collaborating to improve everyone’s experience within your area of influence. You must thrive on being in the mix and fully accountable with an extreme sense of ownership and responsibility to all stakeholders. •Our PMs are responsible for all Program Management tasks, as defined by documented company processes and procedures, including program capture, proposal, negotiation, planning, execution, sustainment/support, and closeout. •Plan and execute both development and production programs using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodology and tools. •Lead cross functional teams in the execution of program requirements including engineering, manufacturing, finance, contracts, etc. •Identify continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities. •Coordinate with customers to identify opportunities and solutions and provide issue resolution across the program lifecycle, including proposal, production and support. •Provide concise reports on management on status, potential issues, risks, and solution recommendations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. •Applied hands-on capability in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodology and tools; above average or advanced experience. •Knowledge of UAS data links and SATCOM terminals is desired. •Operational familiarity with military communications systems is desired. •Military or Intelligence Community Experience preferred. •Business/Engineering degree or technical experience. •Strong written and oral communication skills. •6 years of prior relevant experience.
