Required Skills: •Deliver personalized investment and retirement planning guidance. •Conduct needs based assessments and recommend appropriate products, including managed accounts and annuity solutions. •Lead retention and rollover discussions with existing customers of NSLLC and Retirement Solutions and manage complex and large-dollar cases. •Drive new money growth into NSLLC accounts; identify opportunities for consolidation of outside assets. •Complete new account applications, execute trades and money movement, and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce. •Maintain assigned trade queue coverage and uncover additional client needs during service interactions. •Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Service, Suitability, Compliance, and Retirement Specialists to resolve complex issues. •May Perform Other Responsibilities As Assigned. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. •Series 7, Series 65, and Life & Health.
