Hiring: Specialist II, Technical Training (Night Shift) Company: ASM Location: Greater Phoenix Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 12:32:09 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Phoenix About the job Experience: •3+ years of hands-on experience working with complex technical equipment or systems Required Skills: •As a Technical Trainer, you'll play a critical role in preparing engineers and technicians to safely, confidently, and effectively support ASM equipment in the field. •Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on technical training on ASM equipment and systems •Create a positive learning environment that promotes technical growth, confidence, and safety •Coach and mentor engineers and technicians at varying levels of experience •Actively facilitate and support development and continuous improvement of training materials, labs, and learning content •Update training programs to reflect new technologies, equipment upgrades, and evolving procedures •Troubleshoot and maintain training systems to ensure equipment is fully functional and ready for instruction •Partner cross-functionally with Business Units, engineering teams, and product experts to keep training content current Qualifications: •Technical degree, bachelor's degree, military technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience •Demonstrated capacity to work a night shift schedule (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on an alternating compressed work week schedule (36 hr & 48 hr) •Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Commitment to safe work practices •Demonstrated capacity to follow, validate, and improve operational and maintenance procedures •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel •At ASM, you'll join a team that is helping shape the future of semiconductor technology while investing in the people who make that possible.
