Hiring: Specialist, Corporate Investigations Company: Pilot Flying J Location: Knoxville, TN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:07:35 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Required Skills: •Conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations involving employee relations concerns, policy violations, ethics issues, and guest complaints. •Investigate allegations including, but not limited to, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace violence, conflicts of interest, and other violations of company policies. •Interview complainants, subjects, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather facts and evidence. •Review documentation, electronic records, surveillance, reports, and other relevant evidence as part of investigative activities. •Assess information objectively, identify findings, and determine appropriate conclusions based on available evidence. •Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive investigative reports that summarize facts, findings, and recommendations. •Partner with Legal, Human Resources, and operational leaders regarding investigation outcomes and corrective actions. •Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential investigative records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required. •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Psychology, or a related field preferred. •Minimum one (1) year of experience conducting investigations, employee relations work, compliance reviews, human resources functions, legal support, loss prevention, or a related field preferred. •Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare professional reports and summaries. •This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship •General knowledge of workplace investigations and employee relations principles. •Solid functional working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. •Understanding of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and workplace conduct investigations. •Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. •Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
