Works directly with customers, stakeholders, and systems engineers/architects to understand the intent of requirements and feature requests. •Tracks project deliveries, analyzes business metrics, and reports status of deliverables. •Uses strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) to ensure the development team understands the customer requirements and features to be developed, as well as to communicate the status of the product to customers and stakeholders. •Primary contributor to user story writing and backlog development. Develops and prioritizes the backlog of work for the team, using inputs from the engineering and customer groups. Ensures development team has adequate backlog health and sets clear vision and goals for the sprint.
