Required Skills: •This position oversees the strategic sourcing and management process of indirect materials, services and supplies. •Position may also work closely with the Sourcing Director or a Senior Sourcing Specialist supporting more strategic, complex, or specialized categories. •With direction from Sourcing Director, develop and implement sourcing strategies and plans for assigned categories consistent with global commodity team strategies and all applicable Business Unit business operating plans and objectives. •Develop, issue and analyze RFQ’s for assigned commodities or those areas directed by Sourcing Director. •Communicate to stakeholders sourcing strategies, pricing, and market conditions impacting supplies and services. •Support Business Units strategy and requirements. •Identify and develop new suppliers. •Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services.
