Required Skills: •Develop sourcing plans and search strategies that generate talent pools, networks, and pipelines for assigned requisitions. •Convert prospects into candidates through targeted outreach, relationship building, screening, and initial interviews. •Calibrate candidate profiles with hiring managers and adjust search strategy based on interview feedback. •Partner with hiring managers and business leaders in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups, and candidate debriefs. •Prepare search status reports and present pipeline updates to stakeholders on active searches. •Research technical requirements for ASIC, optical, radio frequency, networking, and software requisitions. •Coordinate interview scheduling, panel logistics, and collection of interviewer feedback and scoring. •Communicate compensation and benefits details and notify candidates of hiring decisions.
