Required Skills: •Manage a high spend across the facilities management category •Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies across assigned Real Estate and Facilities Management categories. •Partner with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies that support short and long-term business objectives. •Lead sourcing events, supplier evaluations and negotiations with specific targets for cost, service, quality and performance. •Conduct spend, market and supplier analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, cost avoidance and continuous improvement. •Develop financial models and total cost of ownership analysis to support sourcing recommendations and business decisions. •Partner with Legal to negotiate and execute optimal contract terms and conditions with suppliers. •Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and support supplier performance management through appropriate KPIs, SLAs and governance.
