Assist in delivering foundational training and Q&A support to domestic and overseas business teams. •Possess business sensitivity and a customer-oriented mindset, able to identify problems through operational processes and data analysis, and propose executable solutions. •Good communication, coordination, and execution skills, capable of independently driving the full process of small-to-medium-sized projects from requirements to launch. •Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, meticulous and organized work style, able to independently produce well-structured BRD and solution documents.
