Hiring: Solutions Engineer Company: Nscale Location: Seattle, WA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:31:06 Target Skills & Keywords : Kubernetes, Machine Learning, Terraform About the job Required Skills: •Need to quickly become fluent in Nscale’s infrastructure, platform capabilities, and software orchestration stack so that you can confidently present our solutions, map customer requirements to technical architectures, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey. •This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical credibility with commercial instinct, enjoys engaging directly with customers, and can translate complex GPU, AI, and cloud concepts into clear business value. •Actively facilitate and support commercial team in qualifying customer opportunities and identifying technical requirements early in the sales process •Deliver compelling product demos, technical presentations, workshops, and architecture sessions for prospective customers and partners •Translate customer AI, HPC, and infrastructure requirements into clear solution designs using Nscale’s platform •Develop and present solution proposals that align technical architecture with customer business outcomes •Work closely with customers to understand workloads, deployment requirements, performance expectations, and scaling plans •Build a strong working knowledge of Nscale’s infrastructure stack, GPU cloud platform, APIs, orchestration tooling, and deployment models Qualifications: •Terraform or related orchestration and automation tools •Understanding of high-performance networking concepts such as InfiniBand, RDMA, or RoCE •You can confidently demo Nscale’s platform and explain its value to both technical and commercial stakeholders •You become a trusted technical partner to the sales team and help accelerate qualified opportunities •You can quickly assess customer requirements and map them to practical, compelling solution designs and architectures •You help improve win rates by addressing technical objections with clarity and credibility •You contribute to a repeatable presales motion through strong documentation, demos, and enablement content •You build deep knowledge of Nscale’s infrastructure and software orchestration capabilities and use that knowledge to support customer adoption •At Nscale, you’ll help shape how customers adopt next-generation AI infrastructure. You’ll work with fast-growing AI companies and enterprise organisations, support strategic customer engagements, and play a visible role in translating Nscale’s technical capabilities into commercial success.
