You will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and help customers validate Coralogix in their own environments. •This role is for someone who can earn trust in technical conversations and help drive deals to a strong technical close. •Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives. •Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria. •Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases. •Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation. •Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations. •Interface directly with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases. Qualifications: •5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering. •Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work. •Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring. •Demonstrated capacity to speak credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams. •Confidence engaging executives and translating technical value into business impact. •Practical experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure. •Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar. •Strong communication, ownership, follow-through, and commercial judgment.
