Candidates must be commuting distance to the facility, or able to relocate. Only US citizens and/or Permanent Residents of the US will be considered, as sponsorship is not available for this position. •How You Will Do It •Project Coordination & Management •Once a project is won, lead a cross-functional team of engineers to ensure the successful execution of the project. •Proactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. •Support clear, proactive communication with customers, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving technical challenges efficiently Qualifications: •A graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field with a focus on thermal fluids •Operational familiarity with manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles •This position may require access to information, technology, technical data, software, or other items subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
