Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or information technology; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. •Minimum of 7 years of experience within Information Technology industry. •Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning products i.e., SAP IBP and SAP APO. •Prior life-cycle implementation of SAP IBP or S/4; expertise in leading design and blueprint sessions, supply chain planning configuration, development, cutover activities, data migration, testing and hyper-care. •Strong project management skills, tools and techniques. •Knowledge of supply chain planning technologies and how they integrate with ERP systems is required. •Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of planning processes in supply chain management, production and inventory management. •Demonstrated capacity to build strong partnerships internally within IT, with business users, and 3rd party partners. •Demonstrated capacity to identify, own, and prioritize tasks to meet project milestones. •Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey relevant information clearly with confidence; understanding others through active listening; successfully sets and manages expectations.
