Qualifications: •Demonstrated success in delivering scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions. •Clear communicator: ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly. •Software engineering depth in TypeScript/Node/React, plus CI/CD and automated testing patterns. •Cloud Architecture: deep familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). •RealPage ecosystem familiarity (e.g., UDMS/UDM, Resident Identity/CIDP, OneSite, ActiveBuilding ) or prior experience integrating with large SaaS platforms. •Event streaming (e.g., Kafka) and advanced messaging patterns (DLQs, compaction, exactly once semantics). •Cloud architecture depth (AWS/Azure/GCP) including VPC design, private networking, managed messaging/databases, and IaC . •Compliance/regulatory experience (SOC 2, PCI, GDPR/CCPA) and security hardening at the platform and service levels. •While not required , please feel free to include links to social media, blog or portfolio work online if you would like to include it as part of your background.
