Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a hybrid work environment that includes at least two (2) onsite days per week in the downtown Denver office, currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays for in-person collaboration. •Demonstrated capacity to travel is required. Flexibility to travel up to 20%, with the potential for increased travel, spontaneous travel, or in-office presence as business needs evolve. •In-depth knowledge of IP and Layer 2 networking, including peering and carrier-neutral interconnection architectures. •Operational familiarity with major cloud providers’ well-architected frameworks and best practices for designing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions. •Demonstrated success implementing hybrid cloud solutions, such as AWS Direct Connect, Microsoft Azure ExpressRoute, Oracle FastConnect, and Google Cloud Interconnect. •Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across sales, engineering, and product teams, as well as with external customers and partners. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Confident presentation and public speaking abilities, with experience delivering solutions to customers, executives, or industry groups. •Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and aligning technical solutions that deliver business value. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail in solution planning and execution.
