Qualifications: •Jira Service Management •5 or more years of experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, enterprise technology enablement, or a closely related field such as technology consulting or program delivery. •A track record of bringing structure and order to complex, cross-functional work, including scoping ambiguous requests and organizing concurrent initiatives. •Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences and to build shared understanding across stakeholders. •Strong pattern recognition, with the ability to see recurring friction across teams and turn it into repeatable solutions. •Enough familiarity with how solutions are built to design, guide, and enable the work, along with the interest and ability to deepen that hands-on capability over time. •Comfort operating with autonomy and owning outcomes across multiple workstreams.
