Qualifications: •6–12 years of SaaS experience in professional services or client-facing roles. •Proven experience in Field Service Management (required). •Background in high-growth startups with evolving product roadmaps (preferred). •Creative problem-solving skills for addressing product gaps and business challenges. •Operational familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalents. •Strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, and databases. •Solid functional working knowledge of data models, JavaScript, and JSON. •Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across diverse levels and backgrounds. •High attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through.
