Have the ability to explain complex problems to management in layman’s terms with a consultative approach. •The successful architect will have experience in roles such as Tier 2/3 support with a passion for working with customers directly, pre-sales engineer, Sr. System Administrator or IT manager supporting 250 – 300 users, or a consultant in delivery at a company where they did both delivery and pre-sales. •Centre will need someone with a consultative, and outgoing personality. Who can lean on prior experience and provide recommendations to clients, with the personality to gain the customer’s trust. •Being an integral part of a team to identify and qualify business opportunities and develop the strategy to resolve technical matters.
